I'm writing to let you know how much I appreciated the effort you put into the sale of my "home".
You showed the sales professionalism, business knowledge, work ethic and efficiency a customer always hopes for in any business transaction. In fact, you were almost too efficient. I did not expect my home to go so fast. Within a day of my agreeing to the sale of my home, you had my house listed, with the first customer visit within two days, and with a solid price offer. The open house was well attended an managed.
During the period between the listing and the final offer acceptance, you were constantly updating me on the progress of any/all activities. All cost factor were clearly explained to me in the beginning of our relationship. Updates to proposal/counter proposals were immediately delivered to me for my review and approval. All of my questions were promptly answered, even those that had to be researched.
